At The Natural Shopper we are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. It us our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address is private and confidential, it will NEVER be sold by us or provided to any other organization.
When you place an order with us, your sensitive information is encrypted and is accessible only by our designated staff. We do not maintain credit card information on file at our or any other location.
The information you submit to us, whether through an order for product, or a request for follow-up information, is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.
If you order products from us, or submit a request for follow up information, we may contact you periodically with updates about our products or services. If we do so we will provide clear instruction on how you can cancel any further follow-ups.
How are we different than the next web site? - Unbelievable as it may seem, web technology is such that when you visit a web site your email and personal information can be 'sucked' from your computer and collected by the operators of the web site. It can then be used to analyze your surfing and shopping habits, even collected and sold for profit! - We do not and never will collect personal information about our visitors, unless it is offered to us when placing an order or requesting information - and then it will remain in our possession and will NEVER be sold or rented to others.
Our Guarantee
We select only the finest quality ingredients for our products, and work with the strictest quality controls under the eGMP standards and within FDA licensed/regulated facilities.
If you are not satisfied with the quality, or any other aspect of our product, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund of the product price. This is a no-fuss guarantee on any product at our site. It does not extend however to shipping charges.
Shipping
USA Orders - When you purchase from us your order will be shipped efficiently by USPS Express, Priority or First Class/Parcel mail, anywhere in the US. On large orders we use UPS as our preferred carrier at no additional cost to you.
All shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your order and you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method.
We offer low shipping rates on all continental US orders, and low rates on international orders. Orders ship typically in 1/3 days and take on average 3/4 days in transit, depending on location and the chosen shipping method (we ship from Egg Harbor WI 54209)
We never charge handling costs!
Overseas orders - each order spends typically 4 - 6 business days in transit but due to customs clearance can often take longer. We've had some orders in rare instances take up to 3 weeks to arrive at their destination.
We ship to virtually all overseas destinations on all Continents, and shipping costs are charged based on the weight of the order.
We have shipped to: Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, France, Germany, Belgium, UK, Canada, Turkey, and many more international destinations.
